NORDIC ORACLE RETURN(S) & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Nordic Oracle, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. To ensure clarity and fairness, our return and exchange policies are outlined below.

Please note that your receipt serves as proof of purchase and is necessary for any exchanges. Goods will only be exchanged in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, in instances where the products are defective, unfit for purpose, or fail due to a manufacturing flaw. Customers must present their original invoice or receipt for any exchange.

If the product exhibits a manufacturing defect such as a malfunctioning pump or leakage, Nordic Oracle will replace it with a product of similar size based on the remaining amount (e.g., if half of a 100ml bottle remains, a 50ml bottle will be provided as a replacement).

Nordic Oracle reserves the right to refer returned items for technical assessment before deciding whether to repair, replace, or exchange the product, particularly in cases where the cause of damage or defect is not immediately clear. Customers will be informed of the outcome within 10–15 business days of receiving the returned product.

EXCHANGES

1. 7-Day Exchange Policy

Nordic Oracle offers a 7-day exchange period for customers. To qualify for an exchange, goods must be in their original condition, and the customer must provide a receipt or proof of purchase within 7 days of the original purchase.

CONDITIONS

2. The 7-day exchange policy will not apply under the following conditions:
   - If the product is not in its original condition.
   - If the product or packaging has been damaged due to negligence (e.g., dropping the product).
   - If the product was exposed to extreme heat or sunlight, leading to damage such as leaking.
   - If the product has been misused or altered.
   - If the product or its packaging has been tampered with.
   - No exchanges are available for discounted or sale products.
   - No exchanges are available for items such as lotions, room sprays, or other home fragrance products unless the tamper-proof seal is intact.
   - Exchanges will only apply to full-priced products.

ONLINE ORDERS EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

In the event that you:
- Received the wrong order or incorrect products.
- Received damaged or faulty products.

Follow the steps below:

1. Contact Us
   Email support@nordicoracle.co.za with your order number, a contact number, and an explanation of the issue. If the wrong product was delivered, avoid using it, as you may be responsible for the product cost. Please include photos for any damaged or incorrect products.

2. Collection / Return
   Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange for a courier to collect the product. Alternatively, you may be required to return it to our office in Pretoria. Please ensure the product is securely packaged.

3. Processing
   Once the order is received at Nordic Oracle, we will process the exchange within 3 business days. In the case of incorrect product delivery, we will dispatch the correct product immediately.

4. Replacement
   If eligible, a replacement product will be shipped to you. No refunds will be provided as         Nordic  Oracle does not offer a money-back guarantee.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all products within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.


Order Did Not Arrive or Taking Longer Than Expected
If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@nordicoracle.co.za, and we will track your order for you.

SALES AND PROMOTIONS

All sales, discounts, and promotions are subject to availability and valid only while stocks last. Nordic Oracle reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.

SECURITY

At Nordic Oracle, we take your security seriously. Your credit card information is processed securely through our third-party payment gateway provider. We do not store credit card information.

DELIVERY LIABILITY

Nordic Oracle cannot be held liable for late delivery of product by the third-party courier company (although we will assist with any concerns around delivery).

INTERNATIONAL SALES

Currently, we only ship to locations within South Africa through our online store. If you live outside of South Africa and would like to order, please email us directly at support@nordicoracle.co.za.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

All purchases made through Nordic Oracle are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
